This is a very hot area under discussion in terms of use, safety, when and with whom to use them on. I have read lots of articles and blogs that are strongly for training with them and some against them. We are proud to congratulate the Relson Gracie Colorado competition team for a great performance at this past weekend’s NAGA Colorado Championships. All competitors showed courage, heart, determination and skill in their quest to become champions and our team proudly brought home multiple championship belts and gold medals.

At the end of last month, Jason Spallek and I traveled to Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas to teach Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. It was an honor to be on the mat with the soldiers and share some techniques with them. We had a great experience meeting and training with everyone.
