We know that there are a lot of schools in Colorado that teach Jiu Jitsu, and deciphering where to go is not always easy. We invite you to try two classes for free so you can see the difference for yourself. Not only do we teach the theory and techniques of Jiu Jitsu, but more importantly, lessons that can help in daily life. This includes self defense. Jiu jitsu is an incredibly effective martial art, but sometimes you are attacked without provocation and you need to know more than just how to score points in a tournament.
